Product Detail

Enhance the performance of your AEG, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Zanussi, or Philco front - loader with our top - notch Carbon Motor Brushes (Part # CAR89). These brushes are a perfect fit for many models equipped with a Sole Motor and come in a pair. The Qualtex part no. CAR89 is similar to various other part numbers such as BT102, BT421, and more. They can replace numerous European front - loader motor brushes. The carbon dimensions are 32mm long, 5mm thick, and 12.5mm wide, with a 45mm brushholder length. The mounting holes are 24mm apart, and the locating spikes are 18.5mm apart. The mounting holes are 19mm from the front end of the brushholder, and the front locating spike is 9mm from the front. The side has 4.8mm spade terminals. They are suitable for models with the new type Sole 105982 / 124309 motor. Some compatible AEG models include LAV54600, LAV64600, etc. With over 25 years of experience in supplying appliance parts, you can buy with confidence.

Using these carbon motor brushes is easy. First, make sure your front - loader is turned off and unplugged. Remove the old motor brushes carefully from your appliance. Then, take our new carbon motor brushes and place them in the same position as the old ones. Ensure that the mounting holes and locating spikes align correctly. When it comes to maintenance, it's a good idea to check the brushes regularly for wear and tear. If you notice that the carbon is getting too short or damaged, it's time to replace them. Also, keep the area around the brushes clean to prevent any dust or debris from affecting their performance. Always handle the brushes gently to avoid any damage. If you have any questions during the installation or use, don't hesitate to contact us.
