This is a Chef bottom single - side oven door seal, with Part No. 3140821, equivalent to Chef Part No. 40405. It fits the bottom of some 700mm Chef ovens that have individual seals on each side of the oven cavity or separate bottom and top seals. The actual unstretched length of the seal is 53cm. Using this Chef oven door seal is easy. Just carefully place it around the bottom of your 700mm Chef oven where it's supposed to fit.
